DDC cabinet version 1 (v1) - The principle of planning and designing with the DDC-v1 is based on the
design of a single cabinet unit with two doors and then multiplying it by the number of units existing in
the general cabinet.
Therefore if we want to plan a six doors cabinet, we will design a single two doors cabinet unit first
(starting point) and than at the end of the planning we will multiply it by 3.

DDC cabinet version 2 (v2) - Planning with the DDC-v2 also begins at the starting point with a 2 doors cabinet but the ability to plan each door separately is more flexible. The V2 focuses on the doors and allows asymmetric planning. 
If we want to make a general comparison between the versions (besides what is mentioned below) you might say that you can achieve the same result with both, but the V1 focused mainly on a very quick construction of symmetric cabinets (for example for illustration) and the V2 target on a very detailed construction or asymmetric design (for example kitchen cabinets).
