What does it mean?
The meaning is that you can change the data of the cabinet and the data of every item individually as well as simultaneously in a single mouse click.
There is no need for drawing no need to stretch or having to deal with distortions.
Just type your desired measurements and the cabinet changes automatically.
What does it mean automatically?
The meaning is that after setting a new measure, you will not need to worry about the cabinet items matching their new location. There will be no need in new division calculations, examination of the spaces between items or dealing with measurements distortions.
The DDC can do it automatically without any intervention.
Simply enter the desired measure, decide on the proportions that suits and let the DDC
do all the long technical work for you.
All the cabinet items are dynamic, subject to changes in individual as well as interchangeable from a wide variety of items located in the DDC library .
How to swap an item with another item from the DDC library?
Replacement occurs after you have selected the item that you want from the DDC library
and it is done by the SWAP, RELOAD commands or with a combination of RELOAD
and PROLESS REDRAW (a special command within DDC for free Sketchup users).
There are dozens and even hundreds of items in the DDC library and their numbers are increasing.
What does Dynamic Designed Components mean?
Besides the ability to change to the desired measure, while the replacement takes place,
the selected dynamic component receives all the data of the existing one.
In other words replacing one component in another will not require to place or set it up again.
It will be done automatically by the DDC.
After the replacement is completed you can continue to define the exchanged components as needed
and so on.
